Isshiki Masatomo served as a bushō during the Muromachi period.  Masatomo was the head of the Shikibu-Isshiki clan that originated in Mikawa Province.  He received one of the characters in his name from Ashikaga Yoshimasa (the eighth shōgun) and adopted the name of Masatomo.

In 1489, Masatomo was awarded the title of Assistant Vice Minister of the Military.  In 1501, he changed to the title of Assistant Vice Minister of Education.

Masatomo was granted land by Ashikaga Yoshimasa and Ashikaga Yoshizumi.
