Ishikawa Hisatomo served as a bushō during the Sengoku period. Hisatomo was the lord of Kōzan Castle in Bitchū Province. His father was Ishikawa Iehisa, and his son, Ishikawa Hisanori.
In 1567, Hisatomo supported Mimura Motochika in fighting against Ukita Naoie at the Battle of Myōzenji, but was defeated. Later that year, he died of illness related to injuries sustained in battle.
