Tsutsui Junkoku served as a bushō during the Sengoku period.

Junkoku was the third son of Tsutsui Junkō, the sengoku daimyō of Yamato Province.  Junkoku was the father of Tsutsui Sadatsugu and older brother of Tsutsui Junshō and Tsutsui Junsei.  Fukusumi Junkō was his younger brother.  Junkoku wed the daughter of Junshō so he was the uncle as well as older brother-in-law of Tsutsui Junkei.  He used the name of Samon.

Junkoku was based at Jimeiji Castle in Izumi Province, so he was also known as Jimeiji Junkoku.  He provided a lot of support to Junkei.  It is not certain when he died, but one historical account references his participation in a military council held by the Tsutsui family after the Honnō Temple Incident – the coup d’état that resulted in the unexpected death of Oda Nobunaga, providing evidence that he lived at least until around that time.
