Noisshikki Yoshishige served as a hatamoto, or direct retainer of the Edo bakufu, during the early Edo period.

Yoshishige was born as the third son of Noisshiki Sukeyoshi, a unit commander under Nakamura Kazuuji.

Originally, he served Matsudaira Tadateru.  On 5/7 of Genna 1 (1615), his older brother, Noisshiki Sukeshige, was killed in action at the Battle of Dōmyōji.  Owing to the contributions in battle of Sukeyoshi and Sukeshige, he was promoted to the position of a hatamoto and granted a fief of 2,000 koku in the Gamō District of Ōmi Province.  He served as a high-ranking member of the umamawarishū, or cavalry, of the Edo bakufu in Saijō.

In the sixth month of 1636, upon transferring to the Iyo-Saijō domain under Hitotsuyanagi Naomori, he served as the steward to receive the transfer of castles from departing occupants.

Yoshishige died in 1654.
