Narita Chikayasu served as a bushō during the Sengoku period.  He was a retainer of the Yamauchi-Uesugi family and became the lord of Oshi Castle in Oshi in the Saitama District of Musashi Province.

Chikayasu was born as the son of Narita Akiyasu, a retainer of the Yamauchi-Uesugi.  The Narita clan descended from Fujiwara no Morosuke, a noble from the Heian period.

Chikayasu served Uesugi Norimasa, the deputy shōgun of the Kantō.  In 1541, Chikayasu joined with Uesugi Norikata to attack Yokose Yasunari of Kōzuke Province.

Chikayasu died on 4/17 of Tenbun 14 (1545).
